MEDEC Limited has announced that it has acquired Centurion Tables Pty Ltd.
The acquisition and integration of Centurion and the set up of a new MEDEC Australia head office in Sydney is expected to cost approximately $1 million. Over the next three years, the Company expects the acquisition will contribute to an additional $1 million in revenue per year. As a result, the forecasted revenue for the 2007 financial year is $21 million.
The acquisition is due to become effective 1 December 2006.
