Falcon. If you had 700K shares and sold them today at $1.00 and bought them back before the record date of 2 Feb at 85c You are still entitled to 1 for 4 and you are better off by $105K. Why doesnt the ACCC ask the broker for a reason his client sold today and ensure they are not bought back. Sounds more like I/T than RR
