    Only time will tell whether the number selling 'due to natural weakness' is more than offset by the number buying in to obtain their rights issue.
    Because this capital raising is to buy a already known resource asset as opposed to a speculative study,I am believing in an absolute minimal retracement and maybe, just maybe , a small rally!
