    Could be the reason the shares have been trading al lot? Any clues?

    Does anybody know of this secret new business platform for IMP

    This will raise up to $2.39 million before expenses.

    Funds will be used for the repayment of loans and for working capital.

    A portion of the working capital will be applied to a process of identifying and acquiring a new business platform for the company.
