    Essentially a merger of their interests on a share and options basis. Some of these in the Surat are CSG leases where drilling is being operated by TRU Energy. And elsewhere.

    This is good news ... finally OIP is doing SOMETHING. And making itself larger perhaps for when the ESG management wanty an exit strategy???
