Efforts have been stepped up to acquire assets outside the Ukraine.
This further crytalises the problems in the Ukraine.
And would suggest an attempt to spread the risk and at least have something else to develope if the Ukraine becomes too difficult.
As money is going to be tight and investors reluctant to throw more cash at the company, management want projects that they can buy 100% and pay for completely by shares - certainly limiting in my view.
