you could be right - however I am just attempting to forecast the proposed deal parameters into the figures d&d use to get a feel for things. They used $1.07.
it may take a while for the market to sort itself out on this based on it's magnitude but if this is the deal then imo it's bigger than huge and any dilution is more than worth it.
