If it is Mashala, and these figures (the new cap raising x2 and convertable notes issues to fund it are correct), then we are going through the roof.

    Why?

    1) Checked Mashala's website - apart from the obvious added infrastructure for CCC, they are already in production and export of around 1.5m tonnes p.a - If Mashala is purchased at the 5.5c as some have suggested, we may be picking it up really cheap

    2) They are already a fully fledged producer, which would also make us a fully fledged producer on completion of sale, and moving very quickly towards a mid tier producer. In this case, the current valuation methods of valuing coal in ground at $1.07 per tonne would go out the window, and we would be moving towards a P/E and earnings based approach and as some have suggested what would appear to be revenue in the vicinity of 200mill+ a multi billion dollar business.

Or, we could all be wrong! Ha - I guess we will have to wait until tomorrow, hopefully all will be revealed. I have not been this excited about a stock for a while. I hope we are not let down.

    Good luck people
