I’d say it’s highly likely it’ll be a YES regardless if a lot of holders aren’t happy about it, the big shareholders have already given approval so that says it all. For me unfortunately I think AK’s greed for an insane price on his company which is yet to produce any meaningful revenue and can’t obtain any licenses of its own without buying other companies to get them has hurt QBL’s reputation and obviously by the current sp, has killed a lot of the markers confidence in the company. I do believe this deal needs to go through as to vote no now would only damage the company even more. The road ahead is still promising for QBL/MCL, although the short term might continue to be painful for a while. Despite the dilution, if the hemp side of the company produces decent revenue then things will keep on rolling along fine.
