The thing you need to remember is nothing has changed for the company.
If anything had materially changed to the option agreement or their ability to fund it they would be legally obligated to inform the market as soon as they are aware of the issue.
They also have BDO advising them per the announcement on the financing and acquisition of the asset. They would all be aware of what needs to happen and when it needs to happen.
