Also all the crap on the other thread about the independent valuation is complete shit. I've been involved in many valuations and a valuation for accounting purposes means next to nothing. The valuation was also done prior to the ramp up of ATM's services provided. I believe they did this on purpose to keep the value down, to make it cheaper to acquire the remaining 75%. Now the X multiple of earnings is going to much higher all imo.
