I'm interested to know how S2 from the forum across the road...

I'm interested to know how S2 from the forum across the road 'thinks' that TSI India have 3,000 ATMs with Punjab? There were only 2,052 total ATMs pre Mphasis and a good chunk of those were with TMB as TSI India manage their entire network. Where has he plucked that figure from? Also how does he know what the costs for those are, given there have been so many contracts over the years with the many banks and each one would have varied accordingly? All just guesses on his part imo.
