I wonder if they are out of time to do a rights issue to existing holders.The deadline is 15/2/17 to notify that they have raised the $48 million.To do a rights issue and send out to existing holders takes around 6 weeks.Two companies I just looked at took 6 weeks from initial notification to the time of getting monies in and working out shortfalls.TSN themselves raised in 2011 and it took 6 weeks.So maybe they are going to borrow the full money for the 75% or the 75% will go to another company in some sort of deal?Can't say what will happen but timing will start to come into play.
