Just my opinion, but Steve, you do know that transactions are up and therefore profits. We know they are cash flow positive. So if they could have a clean acquisition, would that be a bad thing? Perhaps that is why the deal was done so cheaply? A quick cash exit for the departing holder. Who knows? Imagine 100% ownership and a dept free TSN, with this many potential busniness lines! Crazy! No?
