Whilst I am invested in the fundamentals of the Co. and I value future cash flow and dividend streams the most, not so interested in ROE, etc. (Canaccord Genuity have a DCF valuation well in excess of $4.00), I find it interesting to look at the trading of the shares.
Below we see where the buyers and the sellers are after we remove all the fly boy broker and fundies buying and selling to themselves. That is what is left on the screen are the mom and pop retail investors. Interesting to see not many sellers (and a lot are mine at $3) Vs. more buyers. 1st "real" seller is at $2.70.
What makes this really interesting is that there is very little selling pressure. What I would expect to see is our fly boys playing with themselves next week and on Fridays close dress their windows for the end of the financial year with a handful of dollars to push the SP over $3.00 once again. (Even then on a fundamentals analysis SKE will have a forward PE of only 10)
