This may be an obscure piece of information but is relative to the Value of Perseus.
Goldcorp has acquired gold junior, Canplats for $228 Million and this is seen as a bargain. Canplats has a resource of 1.7 Million Oz which is significantly below that of Perseus.
$133 per oz was paid by Goldcorp for this acquisition. So, if this was applied to Perseus with its Current Recource of 7 million oz we would have a T/O figure of around $1 Billion divided by shares on issue = around $3.30.
This of course is all conjecture and is for discussion purposes only. The Perseus resource will be much more than 7 million oz in the not to distant future which of course will alter any figures that I have mentioned above.
At the moment the Perseus "train" is stuck at a Broker's station but that will surely change when "NEWS" is released.
