There are obviously quite a number of small cap ASX listed IT companies out there that have possibilities. Not quiet enough cash to fully fund a takeover of anything but a very small operation unless the larger ones are in a bit of trouble but I don't think Corum should go there.

Maybe a cash / equity offer would be a way of getting something with better revenues and profitability. Other options would be a rights issue or take on some debt to assist funding of a nice sized acquisition.
