Acquisition likely includes vertical integration

Just putting a couple things together....

- The acquisition of the farms is $39mil...
- This leaves $11mil of funding
- Their web site states the facilities are already state of the art
- As current milk producing farms, they won't require expenditures on milk production

Has the $11 mil been put aside for adding production facilities immediately onsite to one if the farms (they are all within close proximity)...

In their announcement they mention working with internationals - are we basically looking at a replication of AHF concept?

The farms are currently loosely knit together, so to raise $11mil and place production on one site wouldn't happen unless acquired...

For me, this aspect significantly increases valuation of AYB...
