Is it just me or does the purchase price, $2.5 mill seem very cheap?
Without knowing the full details of the company or the deal, I would have thought such a big player in the industry would be worth more.
Anyway who am I to complain! If its been a prudent acquistion then I am happy and time will tell the story.
