Just thought I would ask the HC members on their thoughts of the potential acquisition of the Elders forestry division (ELD plantation, land, water rights, projects and equipment).
Its reported that TFC are in negotiations with Elders for the above sale at approximately $55m. How do TFC plan to pay for this.. Cash or more likely a share purchase plan? How would this dilute current share holders? and if the acquisition was to go ahead what would this all mean for the share price in the short and long term?

I have a small parcel and have had them for over a year now, they haven't exactly done much for me previously, so I'm wondering if this takeover is well received by current holders.
