The directors of CMO must have done some form of research on what their expected sales forecasts will be from their acquisition of Empowered Communications. I dont think that they would make this type of decision to purchase a company like Empowered without having some sort of projected forecasts on the expected lead generation & income expectations.
It was stated in the announcement that Empowered communications were Australia's No.1 lead generation company in this field. That must have some merit.
The directors of CMO noted in todays announcement that they would be updating the expected income foecast for the company after Nov 30 07 for YR2008. So they obviously think that this acquisition will have some sort of an impact on their bottom line.
These are just my thoughts.
