I am a specialist in that field and I don't see the value in what they bought - they basically bought a client list of email addresses - email lists are old technology- most are not usable. I like the idea however that they are moving to online for their phone technology - v important for future. They can maybe make it work, however it should not drive share price up at present - what will is increases in revenue over next few years if they can harness and use the technology and take prepaid online - they need good people who know what they are doing though - lots of competition and they need to be cutting edge to win. However big problem may be skype- if the future of online phone calls, mobile and landlines is gonna be cheaper with skype like services commoditel will be a horse and buggy business- they will be fu**ed - cause no-one will prepay online if they can get it online for free
