Well all the stock has now been issued as part of the placement and also the consideration shares to the vendor
Keep in mind that the vendor shares were issued at a deemed price of 3.5 cents per share.
Current price = 3 cents

I am of the opinion that this has been held back on purpose for whatever reason, but its a clear tactic in play.

Yet the placement was heavily oversubscribed... doesn't add up.
Going back to when the share price was BELOW 3 cents from the 27th of July to 10th of Oct

But essentially most of these brokers are selling for a loss..
