why would a company capable of the EBIT milestones mentioned sell itself to DMN?
DMN have nothing; no cash; nothing
if the 1st milestone is met, it is possible DMNOC will be in the money
if so, if the 1st milestone is met, Maxx will own 16% of DMN, that is, if DMNOC are in the money and if there is no further capital raising. of course, there will be more capital raisings, so Maxx's ownership will be further diluted
if the second milestone is met, with DMNOC exercised, Maxx would own 32%
if the third milestone is met, with DMNOC exercised, Maxx would own 43%
