i'm just not sure our management are business astute/savvy enough in those types of strategic activities to double down after Star Vegas shambles...clearly contracts don't mean a lot over that part of the world, transaction risk in these regions are a real issue...

Goes to show you need a real wheeler dealer who knows the black art of M&A in those parts to make sure you come out on the right side of the deal, not sure the saying "its a win-win" applies so much over there as someone is guaranteed to be shafted...just need to make sure it's not you...
