    Price being pushed up ahead of fund raising, but not necessarily 1 for 4 reconstruct. In their announcement directors use 3 scenarios:
    no reconstruct
    2:1
    4:1

    Risky play but tightly held so anything is possible.

    Read announcement yesterday and intended to buy big parcel at 2 cents on opening but forgot.
