You need to use at least 10%. You won't find anyone out there using 6%. The WACC for corporates is around 8 to 12%. Even if global rates look loke they have peaked and likely start to ease (feds almost certain to cut 50bp in sept), RBA is very unlikely to move at least till next year. Even when they do, I can't see rates dropping much unless our economy really tanks. Either way, best to assume a minimum discount rate of 10% to be safe.
