I feel like the market is currently pricing in an acquisition in the gaming space for Aristocrat at these levels (my personal PT is $39.00). This is based on the current trading price and some of the more bullish broker commentary which I feel is saying that risk is skewed to the upside if an acquisition is announced.
Has anyone got any ideas of potential target for Aristocrat?
Plarium (2017) - $635m + earn outs - 10x EBITDA multiple including earn outs,
Big FIsh (2018) - A$1.31bn - 11.9x Adjusted EBITDA multiple including earn outs,
Playtika is listed and trading on an EV/EBITDA multiple of 18.74x.
