I concur with above sentiments though if an offer was to come a realistic one would be 70c-80c irrespective of how much we think company is worth, why would they start their offer at more than double that of current market valuation (ie current SP). Doesn't mean we have to accept it (but it DOES mean the on market price will adjust to closely match!!)
