    Thing is it may "look" ok. Experience tells us to be wary when : related party selling to co., rapid growth just recently, minimal earn out and max cash!!

    Ticks all boxes to be wary...market took a while to wake...maybe some mates buying to help it look good.

    I took opp to lighten off.
