--Targeting scale businesses that increase customer base and product set in financial markets
--Improve revenue diversification
--Move GSBT to adjacent markets
--Financial criteria matched to quality of earnings

GBST could be a possability but there are alot of others out there in the global arena that could also be interested,, and alot of others out there that have alot more money as well. ITE will have theselves in a very powerfull position I think sooner rarther than latter and it will be interesting to watch it unfold.
