Agree with comments but i fancy with a healthy cash at bank and little debt it may not issue scrip to raise funds. A debt funded or notes issue would be ideal. Sellers have thinned out like nothign else now which is a great sign as holders see deal as a good thing. We wait eagerly for companies next moove.
We must remember this stock is worth $3 without this ann.
