My research reveals 'The company has grown rapidly in its first ten years and has achieved annual sales well over $60 million a year in turnover.'
This would mean may make around 6 mill profit a year so may cost 30 mill to accquire. could mean needs to raise some cash to fund it. perhaps a note issue as old notes have been converted. Anyway good news
