I think it put the idea in their head to actually announce to the market rather than keep it quiet. i am claiming credit here so dont belittle me.
yeah sometimes takes time to react, could be a steal. But may need to raise capital which is another issue. For nwo lets just hope it all goes through well and the SP starts another run.
