They would have had an obligation to notify the market. It was a market sensitive announcement after all. Not for me to belittle you Veecat. Indeed, I admire you for ringing up the company and asking questions. I wish more did that.
Looking at the revenue of Meridian, this is certainly a significant acquisition.
