have to be wary of the term " earnings positive" because after interest or dilution by share issue may be eps negative.
this ann tells us very little, so how can market react - terms and funding are the critical elements, none of which have been revealed.
As this is a large buy, l would expect market to be cautious in the medium term until profits are on the board.
