Hi Caketin , something a chart cannot take into account - I believe a lot of shareholders - the silent ones who dont manage things, would have received their mail Friday or today and found that they must buy 20% of their holding @ 53c.
Many will be looking to sell some on the market to fund the cheaper acquisition. I think its a steal but like all of you I have to fund the 20%. Its certainly an interesting debate - If chartists are looking for conviction then if buyers can buy in a different market does it affect the chart?
Someone said they were looking for a 5 in front - maybe they get lucky.
