Not sure why the Hotcopper system is not showing announcements for HTC (hasn't shown them for a little while)... but the EGM yesterday approved the acquisition of the Annitel business and the others.
It was very surprising to see the stock dip yesterday prior to the EGM. I have no idea what this was due to and appeared to come out of left field.
The EGM Explanatory Memorandum gave us plenty of info on turnover but not much on profits. Hopefully now the deal has been approved we find out some more information. I reckon that there would be some reasonable profits in the business which should see an increase in the share price once the market gets more aware of the transaction.
Peter Kazacos is a great operator, and if he can achieve half of what he achieved with Kaz Computing then HTC will do very well.
