    Announced this AM that TORO Energy (TOE) is to acquire the Maitland project from MEGA uranium for 415 million TOE shares with an implied value from Fridays closing price of 8.9 cents equates to circa $37 million.

    The Maitland resource is at 20.8Mt @ 486ppm for 22.3Mlb
    contained U3O8(200ppm cut-off).

    $37 million for 22.3 million pounds.
