our attention to mentoring, to research, and most importantly to improving our delivery of
oral health care even further."

I do not find it all hard to believe that a dentist wants to focus on actual dentistry. Not everyone is a business person, as you profess to believe. I'm sure they are happy with the $7.75 million windfall but that doesn't mean they will become demotivated. As long as ONT is helping them I doubt they are going to ditch the company for a potential boost to both income and hassles. If they leave, it won't be part of a pre-meditated plan to take ONT for a ride.
