Why resort to a CN with more debt and dilution ?
Why borrow more ?
Why dilute shareholder funds to a venture capitalist ?
Dom has always believed that acquisitions were the way to expansion and getting a foothold into a market - this is fact
Within 4 months of ASX listing CM8 was already pursuing a huge acquisition of Track
