    This wouldnt be the first time that Bathurst has had a leaky boat re major announcements:

    "If the report proves correct, it will be the second time news [in THAT instance, it was BTU taking over Eastern Resources. NOW, its the other way around] have been broken in the newspaper prior to the stock market being notified."
