I do agree with him that the acreage will be VERY valuable.
Just another short term pain for shareholders waiting for income flow. We can only hope they are looking after the long term goals properly - we deserve to see a turn around soon.
Must admit it's been good not holding for a long time - but they've sparked my interest with this land.
Keep thinking of Nido and Palawan - just value of real estate.
