Short term trading opportunity
Investors with a short term view can consider trading ACR into the expected
stronger quarterly result. ACR’s share price has been volatile over the last 12
months with concerns around the use of testosterone and issues relating to
heart conditions being reviewed by the regulator. No conclusive evidence has
been reported to support these claims and regulators will make
recommendations in the future. We have upgraded our recommendation to
Hold from Reduce. The upside risk to our price target is the continuing
weakness in the Australian dollar and stabilisation of script volumes. The
downside risk is continued uncertainty surrounding the clinical risks being
reviewed by the regulators.
