DBrent115 ACR have already reported that they have been in talks with pharma coys about licensing and drug manufacturers with FDA approval. ACR has also stated that in most cases the licensing deals will be of annuity type revenue stream(like gedeon Ritcher and perrigo with the hrt product) and other deals on a profit sharing basis. I suspect that a product like jubilant generic which has the potential to be big (even though there is a lot of competition) will /maybe on a profit share basis. ACR has reported that many pharma coys are interested in ACR’s product pipeline. So I’ve been wondering if there maybe a tender process going on with each generic once dossier submitted to FDA
