wasted time and $'s with the Hexima J/V (which at that stage had a common officeholder), no real urgency to pump out any other products, thought one was insulated but that's what complacency does.

now dividends will no doubt be put on hold for the indefinite future whilst the company shores up its position as well as the positions of its employees no doubt (and would be expected if they are involved in the pipeline). However the issue of how staff/management bonuses are actually calculated needs to be put under the miscroscope and under the circumstances IMO these should cease immediately until there is more certainty as to where its all going.

we shall have to wait and see if they have enough integrity to cease bonuses, who in their right mind would even contemplate when you're company is bleeding profusely, but they have done it before, old Mortein add - when you'reon a good thing stick to it
