and dont forget that it's just not OPT that's received a fed govt grant. Both Oceanlinx and BioPower systems(Biowave) have each received $5mill - the first one smashed and sunk and the second seems permanently stalled in a wave tank.

CWE is the only one who has received squat - all because they let themselves become the Liberal party's green poster child in the 2007 election (in return for a promise of $5mill if they won). Talk about backing the wrong horse!!

And we've paid plenty for it. I bet if CWE could go back in time, they'd run a mile from that liberal party campaign.

But it's time for the ALP to get over it. Will they? Certainly not Rudd, he carries vindictive bile better than anyone. Maybe Gillard is more removed from CWE's 2007 "betrayal". Hope so.
