So what's going on with the buy/sell strength? Looking pretty dodgy - even with my negativity it's hard to fathom when supposedly we're on the cusp of the company's greatest moment to date.

And when all the tests have shown CETO 3 meeting "expectations".

Perhaps, that's what I dont quite understand - CWE keep saying their tests are meeting expectations, but do we really know what those expectations are?

Anyone want to start a list of "CWE expectations"?
