That's true as well. However, an FDA voucher is a fact. Presumably there is a good reason it was handed out. Whether it should be sold or not depends on
1. How the company thinks it might impact the progress of the drug
2. Whether the company thinks the cash from a sale would expedite the development and trials of the drug.

So I added to my holding today. If the SP falls back I may average down. If it goes up I may average up.
