Another company we all know just received another final rejection on one of their patents as well just yesterday. So glad we have our IP secured, phase ii trials nearing data readouts, collaborations, registration trials starting, WHO naming, awards granted, other researchers bating for us, money in the bank, hedge fund on board, orphan statues and our newest designation last week............... Must suck trying to sell the sizzle when you don't even owe the sausage yet.
